Our Story
The story of uBlossom began with a deep passion for supporting people with disabilities. Our founders, with over 16 years of experience in the Community Services Sector, witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by those living with disabilities, specifically mental health conditions, developmental delays and acquired brain injuries. They recognized a significant gap in support for individuals entering or on the verge of homelessness, particularly in developing essential daily living skills and having the space to be themselves.
Driven by a desire to make a difference, they set out to create a service that empowers individuals to embrace their independence and achieve their goals. This is how our uBlossom was born, and we are excited to be on this journey with you.
