We’re Hiring Support Workers

📍 Sydney, NSW

At uBlossom, we’re more than just a workplace we’re a team driven by compassion, purpose, and a genuine commitment to making a difference. If you’re passionate about supporting others and want to be part of something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re not a corporate, one-size-fits-all provider. We’re real people, doing real work, with heart. With over 15 years of experience in community services and the homelessness sector, we saw the gap in consistent, compassionate support for people transitioning into independent living and we built uBlossom to change that.

Now, we’re growing and looking for Support Workers who bring heart, personality, and purpose to their work.

You’ll be making a meaningful difference each day by providing practical support and building genuine connections with the people you work with.

  • Supporting participants in their homes with daily routines, personal care, and household tasks
  • Assisting with community participation, including appointments, outings, and hobbies
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and choice in everyday life
  • Following support plans and strategies from allied health professionals
  • Maintaining clear and simple progress notes
  • Being a calm, reliable, and supportive presence participants can trust
